INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

Who is the Data Controller and how is data collected?

The Data Controller of personal data is VITTORIA HUB S.R.L., VAT/tax code 11065090968, REA number MI – 2576771, with registered office at Via Marcantonio Colonna, 35 – 20149 Milan – Milan, registered with the Milan Companies Register under no. 11065090968.

Browsing data from the website https://vittoriahub.com:

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the website https://vittoriahub.com acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

These data (such as domain names, IP addresses, operating system used, type of device or browser used for the connection) are not accompanied by any additional personal information and are used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site, manage control needs regarding how it is used, and ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes.

The collection of such data is functional to the use of the platform and constitutes an integral part of the message delivery system’s functionalities.

What are the purposes and legal bases of the processing activities?

Vittoria hub processes personal data for the following purposes:

• send updates on activities, services, and events organized by Vittoria hub.

The legal basis for the processing is Vittoria Hub’s legitimate interest or the performance of a contract.

How and for how long is data processed?

All collected data are processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, and for specific purposes communicated to the data subjects at the time of collection. Data are processed with technical and organizational tools to ensure data minimization, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

Vittoria hub processes personal data using manual, computer and electronic tools by its employees and collaborators who are duly authorized.

Processing activities are also carried out applying advanced technical, organizational, and physical security measures.

Data may also be processed by other entities acting on behalf of Vittoria hub, in Italy or abroad, for the execution of the purposes described above.

Personal data will be kept for the period necessary to perform activities related to the purposes for which they were collected, as described in this notice, and to comply with legal obligations (statutory limitations and retention periods for accounting documents), contractual obligations, and industryspecific archiving requirements.

After such periods, the data will be deleted or, if retained for statistical purposes, irreversibly anonymized.

To whom is the data disclosed?

What are your rights (rights of the data subject pursuant to Articles 12–22 of the Regulation)?

As a data subject, you have the right to know at any time whether Vittoria hub is processing personal data concerning you and, if so, to access them and obtain information on the purposes, categories of data involved, and recipients to whom they are communicated, the retention period or the criteria used to determine it, the source of the data, and the existence of appropriate safeguards in the case of transfers to nonEU countries.

If the legal requirements are met, you also have the right to request the rectification of your personal data (in case of inaccuracies), deletion, or restriction of processing.

You may revoke your consent for receiving newsletters at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (right to object).

If you have an account on the site or have left comments, you may request an exported file with your personal data, including any data provided to us.

You may also request that we delete all personal data concerning you.

This does not include data we are required to retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Finally, you may exercise the right to obtain human intervention, express your opinion, or contest a decision in the case of automated decisionmaking.

In the event of processing in violation of EU Regulation 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
