The legal basis of processing is the participation to the program called Vittoria Incubation, Adoption & Acceleration, the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or the implementation of precontractual measures adopted upon the data subject’s request.

  • Periodic mailing of newsletters and advertising material to promote our services and to market the activities and events organized by Vittoria hub.

The legal basis is the consent expressed when subscribing to the newsletter.

Note: it will always be possible to unsubscribe from our mailing lists by following the procedure at the bottom of the newsletter received.

How data is processed and how long
All data gathered is processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency and for specific purposes communicated to data subjects when data is collected, as well as with technical and organizational means aimed at ensuring minimum processing, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of data itself.
