The goal is to enhance decision quality, technical consistency of the portfolio, and commercial effectiveness.

  • AI based solutions capable of supporting the Distribution Network and the Company in complex quotation and authorization processes for NonLife products, improving the quality of risk underwriting and reducing decision making times.
  • Implementation of a data-driven underwriting process that supports the Distribution Network in commercial proposals and the Company in authorization workflows, improving operational efficiency and ensuring technical consistency of the portfolio.
  • Optimization and streamlining of information and document management, with structured collection of external and public database sources to enrich and simplify the quotation request process for the Distribution Network.
  • Aggregation of documentation and facilitation of information analysis, with structured summaries and preliminary overviews for decision support and for accelerating Company authorizations.
