Since 2019, Vittoria hub has been promoting an incubation and acceleration program aimed at innovative startups in strategic areas for Vittoria Assicurazioni and Vittoria Servizi, such as Insurtech, AI applied to the insurance sector, and digital service ecosystems. The Company fully supports development grants and, in the most promising projects, acts as the lead industrial investor.

Since 2025, the program is open to private financial co-investors—including VC funds, family offices, vertical business angels, and club deals—to expand fundraising capacity and accelerate the growth and scalability of the best-performing startups.

OUR CO-INVESTMENT MODEL

Entry Strategy
The program selects high-potential startups that have already been validated on the market, with innovative solutions and early indicators of traction. Entry takes place in several stages, with Vittoria Assicurazioni acting as lead industrial investor, ensuring a significant share of the round.

Holding Period
The timing of the investment is a key factor in ensuring sustainable returns that are aligned with the growth dynamics of startups. The program provides for an average investment duration, with the possibility of early exit in the event of strategic industrial operations.

Exit Strategy
The exit strategy is structured to ensure flexibility and maximise the value of invested capital through various divestment options, depending on the maturity and performance of the startups.

Expected Return
The program aims to generate competitive returns for investors, with a balanced risk profile thanks to industrial selection and portfolio diversification.

Remuneration Model
The remuneration model is designed to ensure full alignment between the Company and third-party investors, protecting financial and industrial interests.

Advantages for Co-Investors
The program offers third-party investors privileged access to selected and industrially validated opportunities with a mitigated risk profile and high return potential.

Summary:

• Average ticket: 5K–2M€ (up to 5M€ follow-on).
• Holding period: 7 years.
• Expected return: MOIC between 3.5x and 4x – IRR between 15% and 20% per annum.
• Exit: M&A, secondary sale, IPO (national or international).
